Wiltshire Estates was founded by Aaron Wiltshire back in 2006. Aaron’s interest for building and construction sparked the age of 7 when his father started to bring him around to the different projects he had on the go. His Grandfather and father owned excavation, trucking, waste management companies and commercial buildings in Ontario from 1968. Aaron’s father would build his own commercial buildings and homes, giving Aaron and his siblings the opportunity to work watch and learn. These experiences were paramount in the growth of his construction knowledge, building of his integrity, work ethic, people skills and understanding of business.
